Maison Du Puits is a large, three bedroom sympathetically restored French country house in the Charente Maritime - famed for its record days of sunshine, second only to the Côte D'Azur.

Le Petit Logis, formally the servants' quarters to the main house, is a delightful 1 bedroom self-contained cottage in the grounds of Maison Du Puits, which has also been lovingly restored by its owners.

The Charente Maritime is in the Poitou-Charentes area of France (South West). Poitou-Charentes is well known and loved for its friendly people and diversity of landscapes and attractions - from the beautiful beaches of the Charente Maritime to the breath-taking rolling vineyards of the Cognac region in the Charente.

These two idyllic self-catering properties (complete with an 8.1m x 4.6m pool), whilst in their own quiet corner of the peaceful village of Villeneuve la Comtesse, are on the doorstep of endless beautiful scenery and countless attractions making them ideal for families and couples alike - do as much or as little as you wish!
